A man was killed in a collision between a motorcycle and a bus at Espoo city centre in the capital region on Wednesday, police said.
The accident took place at about 11:00 a.m. when the motorcyclist lost control of his vehicle and crashed into the side of the bus.
The rider of the motorcycle in his 40s sustained severe wounds in the accident and died on the spot.
Police, however, did not divulge the identity of the deceased.
The Accident Investigation Board and police are investigating into the incident to find out the circumstances surrounding the accident and the reason behind the death.
