One person was found dead in Nurmijärvi, a municipality in southern Finland on Saturday, police said in a press release on Sunday afternoon.
Police said that a bystander found the body at the locality on Saturday afternoon and informed the emergency service.
Responding to the alarm, police and emergency service people rushed to the spot and recovered the body from there.
Police, however, did not divulge the identity of the deceased and did not tell anything more about the death at the initial stage of the investigation.
Police decided to continue the investigation to get more information in this regard.
