The police will place the suspect of the Turku murder before the Southwest Finland District Court on Wednesday seeking remand into custody for further interrogation, said police on Tuesday.
Earlier, police arrested a 34-year-old woman on charge of killing a man inside in an apartment building at Ruissalontie area in Turku on April 11.
Police said that the woman allegedly attacked the man with a sharp knife repeatedly as a sequel of quarrel between them resulting his death on the spot.
Police, however, did not divulge the identities of the victim and the suspect and the relation between them.
Police are investigating into the case as murder.
